Sourcing

This is where the magic happens — and where our team really gets to work for you.

Over the next 1–2 weeks, we screen around 1,000 resumes to find candidates who match your specific needs. We shortlist 20–30, conduct initial video interviews, and narrow it down to the top 3 most qualified candidates.

We cut through the noise to source only the best virtual staff from India, using a proven vetting process that has helped over 2,000 entrepreneurs since 2019.

Our testing phase includes phone interviews, video meetings, and comprehensive online assessments. Each candidate undergoes skills testing, background checks, and our internal selection process.

We deliver three top candidates who have passed all evaluations, ready for your final interview and selection.

Interviews

We schedule interviews with your three best candidates at times that work for you. Use Google Meet or any platform you prefer. Take your time to talk with each person and find the right fit for your team.

You can choose to hire one, two, or all three of the final candidates — whichever suits your business best.

We help you prepare questions, make your final choice, and handle negotiations. When you decide who to hire, just tell us. We'll take care of everything else so you can start working with your new virtual staff member.

Hiring

Once you pick your new virtual staff member, we help with hiring and getting them started. We make this process easy and smooth.
